Guest Stylisimo Posted May 18, 2012 Report Posted May 18, 2012 Hello, I have a problem with my S120. Which is the fact that it won't charge when the phone is turned on and thus only charges when I turn it off. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I had to revert back to my IPhone 3GS which I hate, so please help me :)
Guest omar_ita Posted May 19, 2012 Report Posted May 19, 2012 Try to change the cable.. seems that the phone does not get enough power ..

Guest Svarion Posted May 20, 2012 Report Posted May 20, 2012 have you tried to flash another kernel/rom?
Guest Stylisimo Posted May 20, 2012 Report Posted May 20, 2012 Stock rom (from Acer) and Gingerounay both have the same result, only charging when turned off.
Guest OKeaN Posted May 26, 2012 Report Posted May 26, 2012 Pull battery and connect cable. Then try to boot. If your phone does not start the problem in the cable. P.S. Translated with Google Translate =)

So if the battery is not the problem...that leaves us with - Problem within software - Problem with battery connector - Problem with charger/cable What kind of cable should be used? Anything special?
Guest Lens_flare Posted June 24, 2012 Report Posted June 24, 2012 - Problem within software there should be no problem with stock. I think it's an absolutely a controller-dependent fault, so ask your local service.
Guest Mtman1 Posted June 24, 2012 Report Posted June 24, 2012 What kind of cable should be used? Anything special? Nothing special, just the usual microusb (I think). I've had a few problems with longer cables, but noelrmally they work
