Custom rom and ICS or something newbie

HI ALL Can somebody pls get the video tutorial or full instructions how install http://www.modaco.com/topic/353123-ics-cm9-404-cyanogenmod-9-for-the-zte-crescent-rom-last-updated-1905/ on orange san francisco 2 with original orange rom and orange android ??? thxx and plsss...because my mobile is slow or is some faster system how ICS for my phone ?? because my original rom and android is slow and games lag .

Pls because this is my first android mobile and i dont know how install custom rom or ics or something faster and with good work

Upgrade to Froyo 2.2 first (if still on 2.1). Root with superoneclick, install rom manager, back up your Froyo rom using rom manager. Then I would recommend cyanogenmod 7.1 or 7.2 (gingerbread) which can be installed from your SD card using the rom manager.

You need to google the things in bold above & read up on how to use them. To get CM7 you need to be on at least Froyo, hence why you need to update to that first (if not on it already).

You need to be rooted to install rom manager. Then you can boot into recovery, back up your current rom, put CM7 on there & use it to install.

I wouldn't jump to ICS as there are more bugs in it than CM7, which is now practically bug free.

Edit: btw, look for CM7 for ZTE BLADE. Same phone.
