It says dxpre on the last screenshot so I think its more than just the launcher, and is more like a pre release. I posted their gingerbread rom here before and they stopped developing it to concentrate on Ics. This may be the result of that work but we need more info.

This is China snacks BBS's closed beta version, no formal issue!!!!!!! The individual feels is to beautify the version, with the current 4.0.3, 4.0.4 without too much difference
