problem boot blocked on "android" word

Hello,

The day afer updating few apps, the phone blocked during the boot on "android" word.

I tried to update the rom from a program from the zte.com, no success.

Do you mean it carries on restarting and you can only see the word 'Android'? Which device and rom are you using?

If I'm thinking right, you're in a bootloop, so you might need to flash a new rom to it to get it to work.

Yes the boot process is blocked on the word "android".

my phone is a ZTE skate, staraddict

rom : GB_modelabs_p743_v1.0.0B01 (not sure)

how to flash wit a new rom,

the method using a .exe from zte.com failed
