O2 UK are listing the white HTC Desire C for £149.99, with Three offering the black model also at £149.99. TopCashBack is available, offering a possible £15.15 cash back on O2, so ultimately in total you would only pay £134.74. Three cashback is £12.12.

The device will likely be SIM locked when purchased on prepay, so bear this in mind if you are planning to use the phone on another network!

first ics device under £150, and if you can cope with HVGA, the other features are pretty decent
