Guest Chris Banks Posted June 1, 2012 Report Posted June 1, 2012 After leaving my phone in the lockers at work, which I have to do, the touch screen starts miss-behaving, and continues to do so after numerous battery pulls, and restarts. After many of these, it starts working fine again. After installing an app which shows touch input, I managed to load it up when I had the problem and it shows that for every touch, another touch is registered around the centre of the screen, which moves only side to side when you move your finger around the screen. I have tried storing my phone on, switched off, and without the battery in, but the problem still happens, and I am completely baffled, as it happens to no one else. I was wondering what anyone thinks on the matter. Is this signs of my touchscreen starting to go, or something stranger going? (I have tried both CM7 and CM9)

Looking for solution. Well I took the phone apart and disconnected then reconnected the digitizer, and that has seem to fixed my issue (for now).
