phone randomly switching off then sticking on bootscreen

the only way I can fix it is to clear the data and then start again - it is happening twice a day at the moment. Can anyone help? Using

stock rom custom rom etc.

Best thing is to backup your apps,do a full wipe and install rom again.

If the problem persists after clean install,tpt back to B882.If problem is still there then,its hardware.

But it sounds like maybe you installed something that's causing problem,clean install will fix.

My wife had the same problem, a reflash sorted it out.

Although we are using the Kiri Rom now.

She also had a problem with airplane mode at the same time as the reboots.

If the phone formating the data itself, its problem of the motherboard (official answer of huawei service in czech republic)...i used warranty on mine. Few models are faulty and i had the luck that i buy it...
