Why doesn't this charger charge my Blade?

Original one broke. I've got a Podgear iPod charger which i attached my micro usb cable to. It powers the phone but wont charge it. Why?

Input and output amps are different than the label on my blade charger.

Mine says-

Input 200ma

Output 700ma

Used search via normal browser rather than on Tapatalk. Found my answer.

Something to do with the data+ and data- lines on the apple stuff being different to everyone else.

Oh well, time to spend some $$$ on eBay.
