ZTE V9 Help unbrick pleeeeeeeeeease!!!!!!!!!!

Hi

I have a problem with a bricked V9 and have been reading my arse off. Im sure i have the answer and it lies in the Sales_MultiDL_MSM7227_patched exe. The problem is i cant get this file to run on any of my 3 machines. Main PC just gives a little flitter XP Proffessional. Netbook and Media Centre throw up the xcsp_eclib.dll wasnot found error. Ihave read some stuff about this but im too much of a noob to understand wtf it all means.

Please help as i dont know how much more reading or file downloading i can do before o step of the metal cliff...
