im a bit noob with this so i need your help

first of all im from argentina and if any if you can explain me what to do in spanish much better ;)

I have a zte libra that its the same as movistar prime in argentina so i wanted to know how to install a custom rom step by step for a noob :D because my devide is slow and I want to overlock it so if any help me in spanish better or english, but better in spanish adn not with google
