Sounds great, tillaz. Really looking forward to this being released as I loved AtomicMod.

Thanks tillaz, I've been running this great rom now for a couple of weeks & really impressed.

Have noticed though that I am occasionally losing the notification bar info, it has happened a couple of times in the last week. battery info, time, etc vanishes & only a reboot will get it back. Not sure what makes this happen but always seems to be when screen is sleeping. Any thoughts?

Thanks...

I have gotten this a few times as well, once it came back without reboot?? Cant wait for the update checking this thread like a crack fiend

Sweeeeeeeeet :D

Will you be able to disable the annoying installer message, that is if it is not needed, it seems somewhat pointless to me.

Yeah, you will need either B926 or B927 installed first, either of them will do as they have the same baseband.

Really a great job! Thank you! If possible, I have a question, it is possible to create a Kernel Overclock? That would really complete the ROM. Sorry for my English ...

im going to see if i can disable that, its been annoying me a while now

iv also removed the cd-rom iso folder aswell... so the drivers don't popup to install every time you plug your phone in to a computer...

(they will be uploaded, should anyone need them)

i cant even find a way to dim them.. only the vale 0 has an effect

i can turn them off (brightness set to zero)

framework-res / res / valuse / arrays.xml

<integer-array name="config_autoBrightnessButtonBacklightValues">

60

30

0

0

0

0

0

That's how the TMV buttons worked. Was fine just with the ability to set the light level to trigger them in CM / kang

@ tillaz

I know like I want to eat my Ice Cream Sandwich and have my Jelly Bean too

But... is it loads of work to make 4.1 happen on our humble Huawei?

Just saw an article today from a security firm, stating that 4.1 is way stronger against malware than any previous Android system as ever been. That can only be a good thing.

Posted

Well as long as it not locked like my unhackable osd we should be OK lol.

Guest eirlysbill1

yeah sorry, I don't think the security strength had to do with a bootloader hack, cause Jelly Bean is really kicking off over with the ZTE boys on Modaco. So it must be hackable that way. What I thought the article was saying was it was strong against malware. But maybe the two are related. Dunno?

Here's the article: http://www.trustedre...security-expert
