Big problems with calls

Hi. I have AtomICS 1.4 in my OMC. It works perfectly but when the phone is locked I dont receive calls. Just when I unlock it I can see the notification(the notification doesnt sound either). However when the phone is unlocked I get normal calls. What happens? How can it be fixed?

Guess the first thing to do is to reflash latest version of ROM, clearing caches and formatting system, if not maybe completely start again and wipe data. It Maybe there's a way without reflashing but I'm not sure, this ways probably easiest just to start again.
