can only hear a call through loudspeaker or headset

hello

when i make a call i can only hear through an external headset ie headphone and loudspeaker. i cant hear the usual way?

can someone tell me whqt i wrong?

and if i was to contact orange and they allow a repair then how do i unroot the device as i rooted it so that it could be unlocked?

Im not sure but this is what is says on about my phone:

kernel version 2.6.35.7 perf_ zte kernal

I did the rooting/unlocking right at the beginning to allow it to unlock.
