Microphone and front buttons won't work after reassembly

I followed this guide - http://www.ugopiemontese.eu/2011/12/25/disassembly-zte-skate-orange-montecarlo/ to replace the LCD screen as it got damaged, and did everything very carefully. Upon reassembly, the phone worked again. Problem is, the three front buttons now won't work and the microphone isn't working either (can hear everything during a call but nobody can hear me). I don't know what could've cause these to stop working as I followed the instructions to the letter and in reverse putting it back together.

Does anyone know if I can order spare parts for these phones, and if so, where and how?

Did you really connect this menue board?

There's a few ribbon cables that are very small, as wawa said, you may not have connected one of the ribbon cables. I'd take it apart and check that all of the ribbons are in and connected properly, hopefully none are torn! Wawa is the man to contact if you need spares, I found an eBay shop which does the screen, digitizer and speaker.
