Remove Notification "Data traffic is disabled"

Do someone know how to remove the notification each time we disabled the data connection?

Although it's helpful for a new android user, but for advanced user is annoying. :D

Don't see my handset doing that but then I moved it onto ICS.

just click clear or the X on the swipe down notification
