It can already run "temple run" on a playable level (for me). But if you are not content with the frame rate, you can as well overclock the cpu upto 960 mhz stable on a cyanogen mod 7 rom e.g.

Just Google Temple Run armv6. You'll find plenty modificated apk's. I can't test this, but this seems to be the most recent version:

Don't bother, it's unresponsive and there is a lot of sudden death. :D

Just don't bother. You can buy TR Brave, sudden death is reduced but it is still there and it is still unresponsive so just don't bother!

Yeah when I played it a few months back it was way too slow for me too. I played it on a friend's iPod Touch as well and it was like a completely different game, instant responses. I got maybe max 1000m on Skate because it always reacted too late, on iPod Touch I got 7000m in a few tries.

The Disney Brave version works on Arm6 devices (strangely as its the same game just re-skinned as far as I can tell)

Haven't had any lag or sudden deaths with the version here http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1637397

Although, make sure you close all apps before loading or you will get a system crash.

Current set up is overclocked to 825 and governor is SMARTASSV2

Of course it will work on the iPod touch, it has a higher GPU, CPU and ram than our phones... Also, it's an iPod, not a phone. It has far less functions...
