I've found and bought a replacement speaker on eBay and ive disassembled the phone enough to get to the panel where the speaker is, but I cant work out how to actually get at the speaker to replace it. Can anyone help me out here? :D

Here it is, I've got the back panel off but on the disassembly guide I found, it doesn't show the speaker removal.

Okay then, thanks, ill give it a go tomorrow

Edit: So ive used a hairdryer on high heat, low force until it was hot to the touch and i still couldnt pry it apart. I can see where it should come apart (i think) but its not moving. I dont want to use too much force because the plastic is pretty flimsy.

Its next to the hole where the camera lens goes through, its on the back panel piece, in the bottom left of the picture. There are 4 Gold dots (mine has only 2 gold dots :wacko:)
