Screen or software problem

Hello, this is my firs post :D. I bought Ascend G300 before a week. Yesterday, I saw that my phone screen have transparency like issue when background is dark. For example, if I use opera ant pull notification bar, in it's bottom I see opera buttons, but later them slowly dissapear. This happens for a short time, when I use phone after it was in standy. Is it software or screen issue? I have tried factory reset and it had helped, but now it's the same. ROM is stock Huawei, B885. Maybe some of you have the same issue?
