i have some question about liveview sony ericson watch pls help

1. can i conect the device to pc and save txt file on it?

2. the device has his won memory ? what is it?

3.can i use it without a phone ....after i synk it ?

I think its just about no on all counts mate.

The watch is more of a display for your phone than anything else.

As for using it without phone after sync. Well it will keep time as long you don't press anything while out of range.
