USB Headset for Making & Receiving Calls?

I have a USB headset that I use to make Skype & Lync calls on my computer. I also have a USB > Micro USB converter. I was wondering if this would work with my ZTE Blade?

I'm currently running FLB Fryo (Android 2.2), and the headset doesn't seem to work with this. Has anyone got a USB headset working with any other ROMs?

I think that they have only just added this in Android 4.0.4 (and still reports about how well it works, if at all, are sketchy). Although I know it is possible because my Atrix uses USB audio when you connect it to the dock for output however seen as this headset will have a microphone that will almost certainly not work.

I'd get a set of 3.5 mm headphones that have a microphone on them because they will defiantly work.
