Recently I've installed some app that allowed me to see all apps on Play Store (which weren't avaliable for my country) and access paid apps but also that app gave me access to install paid apps for free directly from Play Store. But I cannot recall which app was that. Can someone help me with that?

As ceco tried to hint at, discussing illegal activities is not permitted, don't expect an answer. Most apps tend to be free or reasonably priced, getting the proper apps is worth it to minimise malware risk which Android is pretty well known for in the mobile market, mostly due to stuff like this. if you can't afford to purchase an app, use a free alternative, I don't believe in robbery. and most of the paid apps, you can find free versions on xda as betas.

You want a free app, or an app only available in other countries?

I don't believe in piracy. But then again, some apps (shell launcher is an example) is piracy because of the price. £10 for a launcher?! No thanks. If I wanted to spend that much on a few lines of code (exaggeration, FTW) then it should be something I would always use... I don't always sit on the launcher... I don't see why it is so expensive... Not even game ports are that expensive!
