Guest jen06 Posted July 10, 2012 Report Posted July 10, 2012 Bought the G300 last week and a few times over the weekend the phone switched off at random even though the battery was not flat. Would not switch back on until I done a battery pull and then it would work okay. Spoke to customers services yesterday at VERY catalogue where the phone was purchased from, and they advised to do a factory reset and see what happens. Everything seemed okay until tonight when phone switched off again, managed to switch on after battery pull and noticed that battery was in the red. Could this be the reason why the phone shut down, or is it probably due to the initial fault? Have googled but cannot find anyone with similar problems. Reluctant to root etc.as yet in case phone has to be returned. My dilemma is do I leave things and see if it happens again or return phone for a replacement (which would probably take at least a coulple of weeks). Would appreciate any advice.
Guest feckineejit Posted July 10, 2012 Report Posted July 10, 2012 (edited) I would send it back if it was mine, it obviously aint the battery if its happened a few times. Edited July 10, 2012 by feckineejit
