Low Speaker Volume

Hello,

I bought this phone 2 weeks ago. I think it's a excellent phone, but the volume of the external speaker is a bit low.

The mic volume, is great. When my phone came, I rooted and installed Gr2 from " PaulOBrien ". I read somewhere that this rom doesn't have the low volume fix.

So, how can I install that fix right now ? If i update to ICS will the external volume be fixed ?

Try Settings --> About phone --> Online Upgrade and select 'Firmware upgrade'.

I purchased the huawei ascend g300 3 weeks ago from vodafone on line and the firmware update talked about was already on the phone, and no further updates available.

The ringer volumes were still very poor indeed which in my opinion spoilt a very nice phone, so returned my phone to Vodafone under the 7 day return policy.

Get the latest version of Volume + it works if you select custom settings +17 volume, ring tone, media, speakers all v loud! I'm using Paul's g2 rom.
