CWM easy installer "waiting for device".

Ive just reflashed ICS, rooted and unlocked the bootloader now im trying to get passed installing CWM, I used the easy installer last time with no problems this time it keeps saying waiting for device, USB debugging is enabled and fast boot. What am I doing wrong?.

Hi yes, as used it for the rooting and unlocking the boot loader.

either your not in bootloader mode (stuck on huawei logo - power +volume down held) or you still have original locked bootloader from ics because the root / bl unlock failed
