As i was testing video recording, i found that audio quality is not good. Its like on gingerbread, very bad quality. Solutions !?

yeah, audio has a faint noise in the background for me when playing back recorded video...

not sure how to fix this as i have already tried different audio formats with no effect

I wonder if it has something to do with the mic performance

No, because on stock ICS, the audio quality was very good. :)

This rom is very impressive!

• I've got used to the settings option being in the notification area
  
• I've added the Power controls app to have widgets in the notification area
  
• I've turned off GPU rendering
  

This rom is now near perfect, and the battery life is immense!

Thanks for all the hard work Tillaz! Hope you're as happy with your g300 as I am now!

The battery life on Infusion is dare i say it....better than AtomicMod ?

accidentally left WiFi on and auto sync woke up to loads of notifications but lost about 5% battery overnight

Hmmm, did you try to enter test menu ( * # * # 2846579 # * # * ) ?!?! I just get black window and on top there is text "Testing" and nothing else happens ... ?!

Battery life seems really good, lost about 1% over night. Performance seems better after deactivating force gpu.

One question related to the recent discussion, any difference between instaling supersu from market or flashing your zip?

No, because on stock ICS, the audio quality was very good.

might be because i changed the codec to h264 so my videos would play on my ps3 (i use this as a media player)

will try changing it back to m4v

One being music not showing up on the SD card :wacko:

works for me, iv just recently added the Google equalizer witch works great... try rebooting

Just flashed this on my brothers Huawei G300. After turning off the GPU rendering it's probably the best rom I've flashed on his phone by far. Not encountering any force closes or errors at the moment and the battery life seems awesome! Thanks Tillaz for the amazing work.

re: the su / Superuser issue, tillaz I strongly recommend you don't include a 'straight through su' as this is a serious security risk. If you do, please post a clear warning letting users know. :)

I know notification toggles on the status bar arent working as of yet...so heres another link(after Power Controls) to a free toggle until there is a fix :)

+1 and if you throw it into /system/app/ gps toggle works among other things.

Does disabling the GPU acceleration really make so much difference? I was determined to wait till Huawei releases the official ICS with openGL working but from your posts it seems that the phone is now GB-like in terms of speed. I might give ICS a second shot.
