Any chance to have a fully functional ICS RMO for ZTE Skate, i.e. all the features works fine.

No, why do we need a new thread for this? It's not possible for all features to work on the Skate with ICS, pretty much everything that is possible is working. (Main reason for issues is drivers from Qualcomm not being made public).
