Change Status Bar Icon Order?

Is there anyway that I can change the order of the icons on the status bar. I have just installed 1 Tap quick bar and am using bars with transparent Icons. This leaves blank spaces before my other status bar icons. Is there any way that I can re-order these so the transparent icons fall after my other icons? I am not against editing any necessary files as long as someone gives me instructions on how to do so.

I have noticed that the order of the icons is variable to the order with which the applications load on phone boot. Is there any way that I can make the applications I am using with notification icons load in a specific order.
