I must agree give Swedish spring a go because it is based off an official build of 2.3. Sometimes you forget about ROMs because there are so many of them.

Get the cynogen 7.2 latest stable build direct from official site I've just changed to this from swesdish snow iya much better more responsive less lag battery life much the same don't bother with anything else for now this is best & most stable
