I woke up in the morning to find that it had a black screen but the LEd was still flashing to show a signal. Pressing any of the buttons did not turn the screen back on, and it would not turn off, so I removed the battery and put it back. Then after turning it back on, the screen just shows lots of multi-coloured vertical lines. I have tried to phone the phone from another, but it keeps going to the answer phone, but it still receives SMS (I know 'cos I can hear the tone!), but I can't read them. Has anyone else had this problem? Orange are saying that this might not be covered as I do not have the insurance. Surely this should be covered by the warranty?
