screen non touch responsive

Hi i took my g300 to work a few weeks a go. It was rainy and now my phones screen doesn't respond to touch, and the speaker seems to totally faint and distorted. Any ideas how to resolve?

Just going to warn,if there is water damage you should probably be prepared if you are planning to return it....Apparently Vodafone believes that once a phone is water damaged(not on purpose) they dont have to do anything.

But have you installed anything that you think might be the cause? (roms,tweaks,updates, anything of that sort)

unlikely an app error... it was in my pocket and i got drenched... garh i could rip Vodafone off and just say it stopped working... or buy a new one is the g300 still the best budget phone on the market?

Try drying it out properly first, you could get some packets of silica gel to use...
