Creating a Stock Based ROM and becoming a developer

Hi all

As AtomicMod has been discontinued, and H3 Blues seems to have become pretty good, I was wondering what it would take to create my own stock ROM and start becoming a developer.If it helps anyone, the only Linux box I have is a raspberry pi.

It depends on what you want in your ROM.

Very true, I just want to know how to start. If I made a list, it may go on for a while :)
