no offense but don't answer if you have nothing to say/ don't know the answer :D

he means has anyone ported it to the skate.

i havn't heard of anyone trying this tho by all means have a go. try xmasterninni's tool to port it from the blade. or if you have the skills do it yourself.

Someone can probably just use the ZTE porting tool on it.

Fish n Chips is a customised stock ROM for the ZTE Crescent, otherwise known as the Orange San Francisco II, T-Mobile Vivacity and other devices.

I don't have any problems regarding porting FnC to my Blade with the porting tool..i don't know why it should not work for the Skate.

Your tutorial is very simple. You just replaced boot.img

, edited build.prop and copied the right updater sript.

I think it's only for AOSP/-based ROMs, Kickass and FnC are baser on it.

You can port from every device with the same chipset (armv6), but the display resolution will be a problem. For example, if you port a ROM from the Galaxy Ace you'll get problems with the resolution. The Skate is 800x480, the Ace 480x320.

The best devices to port from are the Blade and Crescent as they are very similar..
