Hi I used to own a Samsung Galaxy 3 and the only thing I miss about it is the sound enhancement for it, that's been ported from the htc devices to my old device. You can find the thread here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1873121 and the thing I'm wondering is if someone could port this to our device? The sound is amazing with this mod.

Why did you go from a sgs3 to a g300? That just seems a little...stupid :D

it could be a good move - like if it got stolen or failed out of warranty. g300 is one of the best value deals, better even than HTC desire

I didn't it's the galaxy 3, not the galaxy s3, the model i used to own is from 2010 :)

not really, if it got stolen and you had money for it in the first place i assume you'd have money for a new one. Although I have to agree that the g300 is an awesome device

maybe he got it as a present or upgrade? then he decided he found no real difference between a £500 phone and a £100 one, so decided to ebay it and pocket £400?

imo £100 is the sweet spot for android phones, after that the law of diminishing returns kicks in and you do not get as much for your money.

I usually upgrade every 6-12 months because it effectively costs me nothing to do so. ZTE Blade > ZTE Skate > G300 I have bought, used and then sold the first 2 phones for higher than what I paid for them 6-12 months earlier. So far these 3 phones have cost me a combined £110 I reckon when you include unlock codes and ebay fees. So if my G300 sells for £90 in 6 months time, the 3 phones will have cost me £25, which imo is amazing. Better than losing £100's in depreciation every year on a top-end phone.

For the last time, it wasn't the galaxy s3(i9300), it was an older model i5800, and I like the way you think, really economical :)

Tried it on Infusion and couldn't notice any difference. What I really miss in Infusion, coming from CM7 on my blade, is DSP Manager.
