my skate boot is stucked at green android logo any help please

What did you do to get there? Need more info to diagnose a fix

just the android logo and cant get in recovery

its identified as unknown device in device manager on my PC

I've never had to do it before & don't use Windows so can't help too much but have a look here (particularly the part with the 2nd link):

Use a card reader with adapter, put ROM from here( TPT version) on SD Card, power on using volume up and menu. It should boot into Skatie
