It happened after installing Infusion rom.To be precise, i think it happened after OTA update of rom.When i take screenshots with Airdroid, those bars don't show up.Here are the pictures of my problem in both landscape and portrait mode.Im not really up for reflashing because i will need to wipe my data.

It's not a problem, it's an option.. somewhere. Try the power app in the app drawer. I'm not running Infusion right now so I can't remember exactly where it is but you can turn it off.

its apart of the ROM. you dont have much battery left going by the screenshot.

you can get rid of it in the Infusion settings...within the settings bit

Thanks to both of you, i thought its some kind of bug.It's a pretty smart feature btw, but it just pokes my eyes

Settings >> System >> Battery bar settings
