SD card log, can anyone help

Can anyone help with why this is happening please. SD card mount and dismount for no reason. Tried new sd card, tried formatting etc and it still does it.

It works fine when it is mounted and I can save files to it without issues.

Currently on B934

Has anyone any ideas about this? Can roms be flashed via cwm recovery without the micro sd installed and using the internal sd card instead?
