What do I do?!

I was initially on B934 ICS, but thought it was lagging so much so I decided to try and downgrade to the GR2 rom, I just flashed it through CWM and now my IMEI will not show up? I tried restoring an original backup, but its not working? I must clearly be missing a step?

Help would be greatly appreciated!

well i did that by flashing the middle package and then just flash any gingerbread rom i wanted(official way is best/or CWM its up to you really) and it preserved my imei ...didnt need a back up.

but certain people found this way as a fail,so the had to use the hack method so

Ok ... you can't downgrade, from ICS to GB, by flashing in CWM. You have the install the B8XX rom update.app.

Okay thanks, I'm just not used to how the software flashing works, it's pretty different from my previous phone (Xperia Arc s)
