ISC B934 Sluggish

Hi all, I installed B934 a while ago, and recently the phone has become sluggish. Particularly at opening apps (Facebook and Handcent mostly).

Facebook often crashes also.

I'm at a loss as to where I should start to look for a solution or fixes.

Are there any settings I could change or tweaks?
