pocket scumm is an emulator only - the games are commercial games - and so to run them on the emulator you must own a copy - which I'm sure you do, and that you're not calling for warez

I didn't have any problem finding all these games at all. I had the original purchased CDs sitting right there in my CD case.

http://www.lucasarts.com/ these guys sell them...

I personally wouldn't say playing them in pocketScumm is worth buying the games for, but I would say that they are some of THE best graphic adventures EVER made so are worth buying to play on your PC.

P.S. Whitby.D, you will need a large SD card to put them onto even after compressing the audio files.

This is probably thes best place to start looking for help on PocketScumm

You will need your orginal PC version of your LucasArts game (either CD or floppy disks) and to copy some files from that to your phone. I have tried it with Monkey Island 1 (CD version) and works perfectly - even managed to convert and run all the music from the CD also, although it did use up 20Mb of my SD card for this.

Good Luck.

NB - If you don't have any suitable games then just nip down to HMV or any other good computer games store and buy them! Just about all the LucasArts classics are still available on store shelves, and are pretty cheap.

yes, but just buy them to enjoy these games with ScummVM (or PocketScumm on a PDA - much more enjoyable) the adventure game genre is pretty dead now and it's always refreshing to play some high quality classic games and not just another Dune 2 or Doom clone

btw the Smartphone port was more intended as a tech demo (I know these games are not very enjoyable without a mouse ...) but they're still playable ;) and as far as I know it's the first "game" to work on Smartphone 2002 and regular CE PDAs with the same executable and different UIs ... hope more commercial games will do the same
