Flashed GEN1 stock on GEN2 device - Stuck at Green android, no recovery

Hello everyone i hope you can help me,

I am borrowing a ZTE Blade (converted to gen 2) and wanted to flash it back to stock. I did not know which stock ROM to choose from the list on the thread so i chose the first OUK ROM and i can only assume now this was a GEN1 ROM. Now the phone when turned on all that appears is the green android, holding down volume to get to recovery does not do anything. I tried reflashing recovery, tried getting it to bootloader by pressing up volume key while turning on however I dont know whether this worked because the devicec stays on green android anyway. When trying to flash CWM fastboot said Waiting for device, tried various drivers and no luck. I really hope someone on here can help me, thank you!

you can try to TPT your phone, in TPT package is CWM Recovery .img, for example in KonstaKANG thread there is one TPT package

Thank you for your quick reply, i tried this and it did not work unfortunately so i took a big risk and used the ZTE firmware flasher and re configured my IMEI as on the thread and it worked great!
