zte v9 imei and touchscreen problem

after updatng the firmware to cyanogenmod7 touchscreen is ok..but when you put simcard touchscreen not working...volume keys at power button is ok...then i notice imei starts at 0000..pls help me guys what will i do to make this tab back to normal...thanks in advance.
