going to use infusion b934 as it seems better then stock

Download infusion b934 rom and place it in sd card. Boot into cwm > install zip from sdcard > choose zip from sdcard. Select the infusion rom and flash. It'll look like it's not doing anything for a while but just leave it. After, you'll need to root phone and unlock bootloader again.

why what does bootloader do anyway

In ICS Huawei locked the bootloader to prevent custom roms being installed, you need to unlock to be able to change roms in the future, make sure you've used 'unlockbootloader.exe' from here before trying to install infusion and run it again afterwards
