How to save Launcher settings

I'm trying to make my custom ROM but i want know how save widget preferences to set as default in my ROM, someone has ideas?

I don't think that's possible. Some custom launchers provide the facility to back up application shortcut locations and folders, but you can't back up the location and configuration of widgets.
