Boot loader mode

Hey Group ;-)

How do i put my spv in boot loader mode.

I have found a nice litle app, that should remove the simlock. but i need to put the phone in this mode. I have tried to reboot and execute the app during opstart, but the message i get return says. put phone in boot loader mode..

can anyone help mee :-)
