Mini USB vs Micro USB

I want to buy a car charger for my G300 to use as sat nav

I know sat navigator app drinks juice and lot of people report that some chargers are not up to it (wont keep it charged when using sat nav)

Thought about buying Blackberry high-output charger but now I'm confused about the connector

Always figured the G300 was a mini-usb (as per Blackberry) but it looks different

Fishing around the net and I see mini-usb & micro USB are different

Is G300 micro-USB ?

ps you can pick up the cable at any pound shop eg discount uk poundland ,

I can thoroughly recommend this one (I use a separate satnav so I find two USB outputs very useful): http://www.amazon.co.uk/Griffin-Compact-Charger-Mobiles-Others/dp/B0042B9U8Q (also available from many other retailers). I then use the USB cable that came with the phone.

you will need at least a 1 amp charger it it will go flat while using satnav

I'm not risking a lot at £1.60 but it does say "High charging efficiency" so ill give it a try

I use this with the lead that comes with the phone:

It does however interfere with the radio in the car? But it is supposed to charge faster than the likes of the belkin adapter.
