Issues with Play Store

I'm running the latest CM7 nightly on a 160mb partition with the latest gapps. However when the phone boots up the play store is missing from the app drawer?

When I look under "settings>applications>manage applications" the play store is listed but it's name is greyed out, clicking on it then shows all the buttons are also greyed out.

Titanium Backup shows the Play Store as frozen ? I can then defrost it and use the Market ok.

However when I reboot the Play Store is refrozen ?!!!

I always format system, cache, data when loading a new ROM. All I load is the ROM and gapps and nothing else at the moment as I have noticed this problem.
