How to change the Emergency call?

Hiho,

i've got a little problem... I just tried to reach the police in germay by the emergencall for the police, it is the 110.

So I called 110 and what happend? The german fire-department get the call. I tried several times at different places always the same, firefighters instead of police.....

I read, that this is a regelmentation of the EU or the providers`, but not sure.

Is it possible for one of the profs here to tel me, how i could change it? Think it must be deeeeppppp in android/linux... but i could not find something ...

anybody who could help?

der erst post und schon ne Frage ^^. Aber gelesen hab ich bereits

Ich habe auf meinem G300 ICS drauf, 4.0.3 Build 926.

Nun habe ich heute den Notruf der Polizei wählen müssen (also die 110) und bin stattdessen bei der Rettungsleitstelle, sprich Feuerwehr, also 112 gelandet. Nein ich hab mich nicht verwählt und es muß wohl an irgendwelchen EU Geschichten liegen. Trotzdem will ich, dass mein Handy die Nummer wählt, die ICH im vorgebe.

Also, wie oder wo kann ich das ändern?

You need to dial 112...

"The phone number 112 applies to all international mobile phone providers (with GSM standard). The emergency call number 112 is to function also within Europe as emergency call number."

If you're dialling 110 and it's going to the wrong place it's not the phone, it's the number! I'm pretty sure it's 112 for emergencies.
