Is it possible to update B895 to ICS

Hello people,

I just bought this device from Vodafone Czech Republic. I got OTA update which brought my mobile to B895 (Android 2.3.6). My baseband version is 109808.

I want to ask if it's possible to update to ICS rom that works flawless (or maybe JB). The current stock rom is really fast and good but I want to remove that Czech Vodafone crap and to update the phone to newer version of Android

If it's possible to update which steps (Guides) I need to take? All the guides that I've found here were a bit confusing for me (Back Up IMEI, Installing recovery, flashing roms, rooting...)

This means I would get an official OTA update, right? Or I need to wait for some custom ROM?
