[hel me, please!]can't install cwm and can't upgrade to 940

Sorry but I am reading much post but I don't solve my problem!

this is the story:

I upgraded my g300 to 934; after I have upgrade to 936 vodafone and rooted my phone; its enable perfectly!

Now:

my g300 is rooted and with baseband 2030 e firmware 936 with vendor vodafone!!!!

What is the problem?:

1) I can't install recovery CWM, when run the script it says: writing recovery failed remote not allowed ...

I have try more recovery but always same message!!!

2) if I can't install other recovery then I must upgrade only with "UPDATA" method coping in the directory "dload", but after the first step this blocked and the message is "Update failed"!!! then I have try to downgrade followed the post but nothing!

Please help me to change the firmware, I hope to upgrade to 940 without vodafone!

Yes! Once you unlock the bootloader CWM should install without problem.

Dont mess around in the secret menu yet, until you're familiar with the phone and the rooting stuff

ok i understand that for my problem not all upgrade is good!

Infact I try to upgrade with new rom vodafone England 936 and the upgrade is gone good!
