Bricked, only able to go to fastboot and recovery

Hi, I have a rooted G300 that I downgraded from ICS to GB. It worked perfectly fine. But after that I was on Team Win Recovery Project still and while factory resetting I accidentally formatted system. I don't know what I can do to fix this, :( I have an SD card reader to put files in without adb push or anything. If I start it normally it will boot 3 times then just go to recovery. If I install any rom it will be stuck on what looks like fastboot.

You mean you have recovery but never made a backup?

You should be able to force reinstall a ROM from scratch using Power + Vol+ + Vol- method.

I had a backup, but even restoring that did nothing to help, just continues the issue. I'll try the force reinstall from scratch.

A format of system should be fixable with a restore from backup. If that didn't work then you may have a bigger problem. Hope your force install sorts it out.
